This site is a small IndieWeb act — personal, independent, and intentionally against the grain of a web increasingly owned by platforms and shaped by algorithms.

When I make something, I try to be my own audience — asking whether I'd actually want to experience it myself.

• //01Character and human touch over polished and generic — especially now, when generative AI floods the world with technically competent but characterless output. Something that feels made by a person beats something that looks perfect but says nothing.
• //02Improvisation as discipline, not accident. Some things can only exist in the moment — locking every decision down in advance trades aliveness for control, and usually loses both.
• //03Education and freedom over centralization and regulation. Respect for the user — their attention, their choices, their right to opt out.
